Shipping Charges: We seek to match our shipping charges to those actually charged by FedEx. We are not responsible for any difference between what you pay and the actual freight charged.

Delivery: Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt except on weekends. Nearly all of our products leave from the Detroit area; depending on the distance traveled, you should receive them in three to six business days from the date of your order.

Carrier:We use FedEx ground, FedEx freight, and other services.

Destinations Outside the Continental US: For shipping rate estimates call 508-888-8305 or Email us at sales@woodchuck-x.com. International shipments may be subject to customs delays and fees which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns: You may return items within 30 days of the invoice date, in original condition and original packaging. Unless the return is a result of our error, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. See below, “How to Make Returns”.

Damaged Goods: We are not responsible for damage to a package that is done by the carrier. Please report such damage immediately to the carrier, and then advise us so that we can provide any replacements needed.

Other Defects:

WARRANTIES: Some of the other products that we offer (including all of the fence chargers) come with manufacturer’s warranties. If you have a problem with one of these products, please call the manufacturer for advice, repair, replacement, or a refund.
PERFORMANCE: Should any product you purchase from us prove defective, please contact us within 30 days of your invoice date so that we can confirm your problem and arrange for an exchange, replacement, or refund.

Consultation: In general, if you have any problem with your animal control measures, please call or Email us and we will try to help. If the difficulty involves one of our products, we will do our best to work things out with you. We do have a lot of useful experience, and we’re realistic about our products’ practical abilities.

How to Make a Return:

Call ahead (508-888-8305) for a return authorization number, so as to ensure that you receive proper credit when your item reaches us.
Enclose a copy of the Email record or original packing slip and circle the items being returned. Then wrap the package securely and send it to The McGregor Fence Company, ATT. Nhia Lee, c/o Ferber Warehousing, 6841 North Rochester Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48306.
